Join us on a journey through the history of the piano and the manufacturing process at Steingräber. In addition to a guided tour of the museum, where you can admire historic grand pianos such as the original Liszt grand piano, we will delve into the history of the Steingräber piano company. We will also take a look behind the scenes at one of the few remaining piano manufacturers in the world. The scent of coniferous woods mingles with the roughness of carbon in the metal workshop, while tinctures exude hints of oils, waxes and alcohol. In addition to the sounds for the ear, a ‘real’ piano factory is also an experience for the nose. Yes, in fact, for all the senses of culture-loving visitors with a penchant for traditional craftsmanship.
Binding registration is required.
