親愛なる日本の皆様
親愛なるバイロイト大学の日本人および日本を愛する同僚の皆様

来る2024年2月4日から29日まで、日本から東洋大学の学生グループが、国際文化外国文化交流協会(IIK Bayreuth)でドイツ語の語学研修の為にバイロイトを訪問します。この機会に私達は、ご一緒に日本の夕べを催したく、皆様を心からご招待いたします。

この夕べの会は、2024年2月20日火曜日、午後6時から8時まで、バイロイト大学ゲストハウス(Eichendorffring 5, Bayreuth) で催されます。
東洋大学の学生達による、ドイツ語での郷土の紹介、そして和食の美味しさを味わっていただいて、親密な文化交流のきっかけになるのではと考えます。
とりわけ、長く日本を離れバイロイト大学に在籍されておられる日本人の方々が、このバイロイトで、僅かでも故郷を感じて頂ければと、私達は思います。

この夕べに参加をご希望の方は、フルネームで日本との関係(国籍、学部、研究室、日本の文化や語学などへの興味等)をご記入の上、2024年2月15日迄に、internationaler-club@uni-bayreuth.de まで、メールでお申し込み下さい。
なお参加人数に限りがありますので、参加していただける有無のご連絡を2月16日にさせて頂きますのでご了承をお願いします。

Dear Japanese and friends of Japan(ese language) at the University of Bayreuth,

From 4 to 29 February 2024, a group of students from Toyo University in Japan will be visiting Bayreuth to take a German course at the Institute for International Communication and Foreign Cultural Work (IIK Bayreuth).
We will organise a Japanese evening together with them, to which you are cordially invited.

The students will talk about their home country – in German – and there will be the opportunity for an intensive exchange over Japanese delicacies.

We would especially like to bring a piece of home to the Japanese at the University of Bayreuth on this evening.

If you would like to take part in the Japanese evening, please register by 15 February 2024 by sending an email to internationaler-club@uni-bayreuth.de, stating your full name and information about your connection to Japan (nationality, studies, research, interest in the country, culture or language, etc.).
​As the number of participants is limited, we unfortunately have to make a selection and will let you know on 16 February whether you are one of them.
